I joined Lakeshore Eyecare Center as a doctor in 2007. I first worked in the practice as a technician after graduating from Hope College (summa cum laude, B.S. Biology 2002). That summer I gained valuable experience in my early optometric training.
After completing my education at The Ohio State University College of Optometry (magna cum laude, O.D. 2006), I was eager to return to West Michigan and the Lakeshore Eyecare Center team. Here I am able to enjoy the variety of providing a full scope of eye health and vision care to both familiar and new patients.
I enjoy distance running, fishing, camping, cross-country skiing, and all the lakeshore area has to offer.
